# GI - 0201 - 21 - 292
Limited edition. Secondhand 12.5 oz cotton. Heavyweight fire resistant denim milled in the US. Flat bottom, elongated arms, and adjustable top knot. 16 liter capacity. Bias tape finishing. Internal pockets with skeleton stitch. US cotton thread and care label. Worn as a shoulder bag or crossbody.
Fabric scraps from body construction are upcycled into new yarn. Bias tape construction is zero waste. Product take back is available at end of life; email support@ground-cover.com. Thanks to the bag’s composition, mechanical shredding and upcycling will be used.
When shipped, the bag is flat packed without an additional poly bag. It is shipped in our post-consumer padded kraft mailer with a wildflower seed tag.
This bag is free from animal products.
Made in Los Angeles, California.
By purchasing this bag, you agree that Ground Cover is not liable for any fire related damage to your being or belongings. While the fabric is up to ASTM F1506 and NFPA 70E/2112 safety standards, Ground Cover has not independently researched the fire resistance rating of its Tsuno Bag.
This fire resistant Tsuno Bag is the first in a series of limited edition bags made of secondhand textiles.
We search for deadstock fabric in Los Angeles which meets our mill, performance, and circularity standards. In this case, 100% cotton can be mechanically broken down by our yarn recycler, we traced the fabric to find that it was grown and milled in the United States, and its durability is up to NFPA 70E/2112 and ASTM F1506 standards.
It is our pleasure to announce that the original beige Tsuno Bag will be restocked in December with various fabric and patterning upgrades.
