Ground Cover Adventure Bikes: Swiss Army Knife Builds

Over the next few years, we'll be building the Ground Cover garage as an extension of ethnographic self. Each vehicle will represent a way of interacting with the world; an inherent curiosity and bias. Each machine will be elegant and powerful through its utility. They'll allow for a unique perspective and pace for worldy expedition. Modularity is a throughline between the garage as a whole.

DRZ400S (2016, Suzuki)

The routefinder. This lightweight aggressive adventure bike carries a lighter load and boasts greater flexibility on terrain. It can scramble and explore new terrain unlocking futures previously unthought of. In adventures, the DRZ400S will speed ahead and determine the line of the caravan. It's the effortless, do-it-all desert pig. Street legal, yet ready for technical single track.

DR650 (2016, Suzuki)

The pack mule. This beast is built to carry more weight further distances. It can run highway speeds, has an unprecedented amount of fuel, and can load over 60L in it's saddlebag. While the DRZ400S rips ahead, the DR650 follows closely. These are pure, utilitarian bikes with plentiful parts and rare mechanical issues.
