Introducing a fashion film we shot encapsulating the first genesis of Ground Cover. Our previous desires were straightforward: explore singular design concepts fully and honestly, and they’ll be there for anything you throw at them. Now, we want to take it a step further- to reconsider the wardrobe as a whole and the cultural significance of clothing. Easily proven, abstract beauty can be true utility. Perhaps this can be leveraged to nurture a greater relationship with clothing.

Producing this film really helped us dwell on our work, what it represents, and to consider our next steps. It was trying to define the world of a clothing brand, something so utterly abstract yet simply physical, which provided clarity. The only way to discover the new is by acting and then reacting.

We are beyond endebted to those that helped bring this to life. It's always joy with our friends and family. Although it may feel like a cinematic coming-of-age short, it was truly us romping around the city and the desert. Theo LeSourd put his heart and soul into this.
